- Returned in the same condition as when shipped
- Unworn
- Not exposed to odors, including cigarette smoke or perfume
- Original tags and/or sealed packaging completely intact
- Not included in the "Final Sale" or "No Crotch" categories of "No Returns"

- Customer pays return shipping
- SofterSilk is not responsible for lost mail
- Original shipping is not refundable, just product price
- If product was ordered with a free or promotional shipping rate, original postage cost will reduce the refund
